The AVP, Engineering Security Operations Manager will lead a team responsible for the operational effectiveness, improvement, and innovation of security engineering controls. Lead and manage a team of security engineers in the day-to-day maintenance of security technologies.

What we're looking for
10+ years of experience in information security.
5+ years in a security operations or engineering leadership role across various security domains.
2+ years managing and optimizing SIEM platforms such as Splunk, Exabeam, or Sentinel.
2+ years of experience with EDR solutions like CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, or Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
2+ years of experience with vulnerability management platforms like Qualys, Tenable, or Rapid7.
Solid understanding of scripting and automation languages such as Python or PowerShell.
Familiarity with cloud security concepts and platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (preferred); relevant industry certifications (preferred); experience in financial services and understanding of regulatory frameworks (preferred).
