Associate Package Specialist - Oracle Cloud 2027 works within IBM Consulting to assist clients in the selection, implementation, and production support of application packaged solutions. You will perform day-to-day tasks such as making strategic recommendations based on business knowledge, running workshops and stakeholder interviews, and developing process maps to define As-Is and To-Be scenarios. The role utilizes Design Thinking to solve client challenges involving enterprise systems and cloud-based applications including SAP, Oracle, Workday, Salesforce, and Microsoft Dynamics. Key technical requirements include the ability to translate business solutions into technical requirements, proficiency in quantitative analysis, and experience with reporting tools or basic SQL. You will navigate complex business processes like HR, finance, or payroll while managing multiple tasks in a consulting environment to deliver value through integrated software suites.
Assist clients in selecting, implementing, and providing production support for packaged software solutions like SAP, Oracle, and Salesforce.
