What you'll do

  • Identify merchant trends and surface opportunities to drive retention and growth.
  • Build standardized audience segments using SQL for repeatable lifecycle strategies.
  • Develop forecasting models to prioritize initiatives and quantify campaign impacts.
  • Design experiments to evaluate incrementality, identify performance drivers, and iterate.
  • Partner with technical teams to build data pipelines and scalable infrastructure.

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years of experience in analytics, growth marketing, strategy & operations, consulting, or a related field
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with large, complex datasets for audience building and issue diagnosis
  • Proven forecasting and modeling experience to translate data into actionable business strategies
  • Hands-on experience designing experiments and analyzing campaign performance metrics
  • Experience partnering with technical teams to build scalable data infrastructure and ETLs
  • Expertise in CRM platforms and lifecycle marketing systems for engagement tooling
  • Strong analytical skills, independent work capability, and cross-functional stakeholder management
