What you'll do

  • Identify consumer cohort trends and suggest intervention points within the customer lifecycle.
  • Develop strategic pricing and promotions plans using complex data sets and analysis.
  • Analyze campaign results to identify performance drivers and opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage multiple consumer promotions across various geographies in collaboration with teams.
  • Create a comprehensive promotions playbook balancing goals between different funding sources.
  • Partner with BI and Engineering to ensure dynamic events are routed to CRM platforms.
  • Establish strong working relationships with cross-functional stakeholders for effective execution.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in finance, management consulting, business operations, growth marketing, or business analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with SQL for data analysis and strategy development.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills for complex functions and modeling.
  • Experience translating large datasets into actionable insights and strategies.
  • Ability to partner with cross-functional teams including BI, Engineering, Product, Tech & Operations.
  • Knowledge of CRM technology, ESPs, segmentation tools, and complex data systems.
