  • Stay at the forefront of search innovation by experimenting with AI-driven search platforms.
  • Balance executive visibility with hands-on execution to optimize investments efficiently.

What we're looking for

  • 6-8 years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or SEM.
  • Proven track record managing and optimizing annual budgets over $50M across Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Bing Ads.
  • Expertise in feed-powered campaigns using Dynamic Search Ads (DSA) and Google Shopping Ads.
  • Advanced analytical skills for incrementality measurement beyond standard ROAS metrics.
  • Experience leading and developing a high-performing team of 2-3 direct reports.
  • Strategic vision and tactical execution for customer acquisition and reactivation strategies.
