What you'll do

  • Define and manage priority KPIs, analyzing Merchant dynamics to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Develop annual and quarterly B2B marketing plans to meet business targets incrementally.
  • Lead a team of Lifecycle Marketers in executing campaigns that drive business results for B2B audiences.
  • Partner with Campaign Operations to ensure consistent, high-quality launch of lifecycle campaigns.
  • Advance CRM capabilities by improving targeting logic, creative tooling, journey management, and experimentation infrastructure.
  • Drive innovation in personalization and automation through partnerships with MarTech, Engineering, and Analytics teams.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience with a focus on engagement and operations.
  • Proven track record of managing high-performing teams in developing profitable retention programs.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable hypotheses and experimentation strategies.
  • Extensive experience with CRM technology, including Marketing Automation platforms and tools.
