What you'll do

  • Own strategic planning and execution of major B2B marketing initiatives to accelerate merchant selection and product adoption.
  • Act as the primary liaison between marketing teams, sales strategy & operations, product, finance, and other departments for integrated marketing.
  • Track and report B2B marketing performance metrics across functions, identifying risks and building mitigation strategies proactively.
  • Build models and frameworks for budgeting, campaign tracking, and goal forecasting to support marketing initiatives.
  • Partner with Marketing leadership and cross-functional leads to build investment asks and planning deliverables for marketing goals.

What we're looking for

  • Over 8 years of marketing experience with a focus on B2B SaaS
  • Proven track record in managing cross-functional teams and direct management
  • Experience in demand generation, product marketing, and integrated marketing strategies
  • Strong project management skills including campaign planning and execution
  • Ability to balance brand and performance goals to drive company P&L outcomes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for internal stakeholders
  • Basic SQL understanding and strong Excel skills for data analysis
