Associate, Integration/Test Engineering

What you'll do

• Define and synthesize test processes for complex electro-optical and electro-mechanical systems.
• Develop test plans, procedures, requirements traceability, and test case designs.
• Execute functional testing at the system, CCA, and component levels while documenting results.
• Perform scripting and troubleshoot hardware and software issues using specialized tools.
• Configure and document hardware and software systems to perform verification and validation.
• Conduct root cause analysis and create corresponding corrective actions.
• Analyze failure trends to identify and resolve issues quickly for the operations team.

What we're looking for

• Applicants must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer, or Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Applicants may have completed a Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or science field within the last 12 months.
• Must be able to obtain a security clearance (limited to U.S. citizens).
• Ability to perform systems engineering tasks for manual and automated test processes.
• Experience developing test plans, procedures, requirements traceability, reports, flow, and case design.
• Proficiency in executing system, CCA, and component level functional testing.
• Skill in using software tools, performing scripting, and conducting software/hardware troubleshooting.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and correction action creation.
