Associate Facilities Manager

What you'll do

• Manage mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) projects from initial scope through completion across multiple sites.
• Process incoming facilities service requests by prioritizing workstreams and coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
• Oversee the creation and tracking of purchase orders for facilities supplies, equipment, and services.
• Coordinate preventative and corrective maintenance programs in partnership with engineers and external service providers.
• Manage vendor relationships including SOW development, scheduling, and reviewing service reports to ensure task completion.
• Maintain oversight of spare parts inventory and facility equipment areas to support operational readiness.
• Support infrastructure needs such as equipment setup and facility improvements to enable efficient operations.
• Coordinate the maintenance planning, inspections, and compliance requirements for facility vehicles.

What we're looking for

• Must be a U.S. Person due to access to export controlled information or facilities.
• 2-5 years of experience leading facilities operations in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Technical training or hands-on experience in plant engineering, facilities maintenance, or a related field.
• Experience working with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems and preventative maintenance programs.
• Familiarity with CMMS platforms, ERP systems, fire life safety systems, and building operations.
• Understanding of OSHA, environmental regulations, building codes, NFPA, and NEC.
• Experience supporting vendor management and service contracts.
• Project management process familiarity, shipping/receiving experience, secure space support, and AS9100 experience (preferred).
