What you'll do

Manage day-to-day operations, readiness, and discipline for manufacturing lab spaces across three locations.
Perform hands-on facility maintenance and cleanroom work while hiring and mentoring a team of technicians.
Serve as the primary point of contact for building services, repairs, and vendor coordination at each site.
Manage the contamination-control program including gowning protocols, particle monitoring, and inventory of cleanroom consumables.
Oversee critical facility systems such as HVAC, environmental monitoring, and specialty gas handling.
Act as the safety point of contact to enforce work practices and manage hazardous material storage.
Manage lab assets through tracking, calibration scheduling, preventive maintenance, and supply chain coordination.
Develop and maintain documentation for cleanroom procedures, safety protocols, and audit-ready records.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, a technical/science discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
5+ years operating or managing a manufacturing lab, cleanroom, or comparable controlled production environment.
3+ years of hands-on experience operating or managing an ISO-classified cleanroom (ISO 5–8) or other contamination-controlled environment.
2+ years working with cleanroom facility systems including HVAC/AHUs, environmental monitoring, and gowning discipline.
At least 1 year of experience as a floor- or lab-level safety point of contact for hazardous materials and specialty gases.
Experience managing lab equipment, calibration programs, asset tracking, and inventory flow for over 50 tools/assets.
2+ years leading or mentoring a team while operating as a working manager in a hands-on capacity.
Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
Experience in aerospace, defense, semiconductor, medical-device, or optics manufacturing (preferred).
Familiarity with ISO 5 operations and specific assembly cleanliness requirements (preferred).
Experience standing up new lab spaces or bringing new cleanroom phases online (preferred).
Familiarity with quality standards such as IPC-610/620, AS9100, or NASA-STD-8739 series (preferred).
Experience coordinating EHS programs and specialty-gas/hazmat storage at scale (preferred).
Current possession of an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance (preferred).
