What you'll do

Manage day-to-day operations for an industrial campus including production, manufacturing, engineering, and test support areas.
Oversee maintenance of fire suppression, HVAC, plumbing, and other general utility systems.
Develop scopes of work for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing projects as the campus expands.
Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with various maintenance service providers.
Manage the facilities budget by tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effective operations.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations through regular inspections and coordination with EHS teams.
Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment to ensure timely replenishment and proper storage.
Execute special projects to support the Head of Advanced Infrared Solutions.

What we're looking for

8+ years of experience supporting aerospace, defense, automotive, or other manufacturing facilities.
Associate degree in Engineering or an Associate of Applied Science in Engineering Technology.
Strong knowledge of engineering concepts including electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
Experience managing Environmental, Safety, and Health (EHS) programs in a facility.
Certified Facility Manager credentials (preferred).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight while maintaining high attention to detail.
