Associate Director - Service Line Sales Executive – Software Engineering Group - Technology Domain joins the Software Engineering Group to drive growth across AI-led software product engineering, application modernization, IT operations, and quality assurance services. This role focuses on identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities while developing strategic account plans to increase revenue and operating margins. The individual will manage the full sales lifecycle, including lead generation, proposal development, and executive relationship management with COO-level stakeholders. Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within the Software Engineering Group portfolio.
Develop go-to-market strategies and account plans to grow revenue, bookings, and operating margins.
Manage the full sales lifecycle including lead generation, pipeline management, and proposal development.
Act as a pursuit owner to win new deals and expand existing accounts through cross-selling services.
Build and maintain relationships with executive-level clients, including CXO, VP, and Director levels.
Create and present account pipelines, QBR presentations, and executive status reports.
Collaborate with internal teams to design technical solutions for application modernization and AI integration.
Respond to and deliver on formal client requests and RFPs.
What we're looking for
Must have 5+ years of experience as a senior-level application services seller with a track record in selling digital, cloud, and AI solutions.
Must possess a strong sales background in software product engineering, digital/app modernization, application maintenance, and quality engineering.
Must demonstrate expertise in at least one of four areas: Software Product Engineering, Enterprise Application Modernization, Application Maintenance/Support, or Quality Assurance.
Must have experience with agile methodology, micro-services architecture, cloud-native solutions, and DevOps.
Must be able to engage and communicate effectively with executive-level stakeholders, including COO and Director level clients.
Must possess strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work within a highly matrixed environment with global teams.
