What you'll do

  • Lead the strategic oversight and operational execution of external data acquisition and delivery for clinical trials.
  • Ensure compliance and quality in external data collection from third-party vendors through rigorous review processes.
  • Develop and maintain Data Transfer Specification (DTS) documents to align with Regeneron’s standards and timelines.
  • Oversee vendor relationships, performance monitoring, and governance to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives for external data management and integration.
  • Mentor and develop a team of EDAD Managers, Specialists, and associates in clinical data practices.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in clinical data acquisition/management within biotech/pharmaceutical industries.
  • At least 4 years of people management experience in a leadership role.
  • Expertise managing multiple external data types including biomarker, imaging, and genomics data.
  • Advanced knowledge of EDC platforms like Medidata Rave and industry regulations such as ICH-GCP.
  • Proven ability to oversee vendor relationships and drive process improvements.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills for complex data issues.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
