What we're looking for

  • At least 10 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, project management, quality, or S&T.
  • Bachelor’s degree in science or a related field; MSc or MBA preferred.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to influence others.
  • Experience managing subcontracted relationships is preferred.
  • Proven leadership with superior communication skills (listening, verbal, presentation, written).
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical development, manufacturing, and supply activities.
  • Ability to develop strategies, plan effectively, and manage financial systems.
