Working within a hub-and-spoke model, this role oversees the Agentic MMx Platform, managing its strategy, roadmap, and stakeholder alignment. Key responsibilities include leading cross-functional pods to architect production-grade analytics platforms, automated data pipelines, and scenario simulators. The position involves productizing analytical models, managing the AI product lifecycle, and ensuring governance for safety and privacy. Required technical skills include proficiency in Python, R, PyTorch, and scikit-learn, alongside experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Spark, and MLOps. The role addresses the business problem of shifting from project-based analytics to always-on decision intelligence, utilizing causal inference, LLMs, and RAG to provide actionable brand and omnichannel insights.

What you'll do

  • Serve as the product owner for the Agentic MMx Platform, defining its strategy, vision, and roadmap.
  • Lead cross-functional pods of engineers and data scientists to architect and maintain scalable analytics solutions.
  • Develop and deploy autonomous and semi-autonomous analytics agents using multi-agent frameworks for predictive insights.
  • Manage the full AI product lifecycle, including proof-of-concept, pilot rollouts, and continuous optimization.
  • Standardize data pipelines, feature stores, and semantic layers to accelerate enterprise-wide insight generation.
  • Establish and enforce AI governance standards for safety, security, privacy, and ethical compliance.
  • Integrate decision science outputs into CRM systems and omnichannel workflows via APIs and embedded dashboards.
  • Monitor model health, user adoption, and data drift through automated governance dashboards.

What we're looking for

  • Advanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Econometrics, or a related quantitative field (preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in pharma commercial analytics or decision science.
  • Proficiency with causal inference and incrementality tools including geo-experiments, matched markets, synthetic controls, and uplift modeling.
  • Expertise in Bayesian/hierarchical MMx, adstock/distributed lag, and saturation/response curve modeling within automated pipelines.
  • Proven experience launching and scaling agentic AI solutions including multi-agent systems, LLMs, RAG, and real-time architectures.
  • Extensive knowledge of pharmaceutical data including claims, APLD, specialty pharmacy, digital signals, and promotional data.
  • Mastery of programming and data science tools including Python, R, scikit-learn, PyTorch, and cloud platforms like Databricks or Snowflake.
  • Strong foundation in AI governance, including risk management, security, privacy, and model monitoring in regulated environments.
