Associate Director Product Management, Enterprise AI

What you'll do

• Own the release strategy and roadmap for a portfolio of enterprise AI platforms and tools.
• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements for data access, model serving, and automation pipelines.
• Build business cases to develop, acquire, or invest in new AI/ML capabilities and datasets.
• Lead the technical product development of large-scale AI platforms and machine learning models.
• Embed with business units to scope, build, and deploy AI and agentic solutions from prototype to production.
• Evaluate and onboard new AI model capabilities based on quality, safety, and cost criteria.
• Capture field feedback to refine the product roadmap and create reusable building blocks and playbooks.
• Measure product adoption and usage to continuously improve the internal AI ecosystem.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Master's, MBA, or advanced degree is preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in technical product management is required.
• Strong working knowledge of LLMs, foundation models, and modern generative AI is required.
• Familiarity with agentic AI, including autonomous agents and human-in-the-loop design, is required.
• Experience with RAG, vector databases, and embeddings is required.
• Familiarity with MLOps/LLMOps tooling and orchestration frameworks is required.
• Experience in forward deployed engineering, solutions engineering, or applied AI prototyping is required.
