The role requires expertise in generative AI products like Claude or Gemini, along with skills in roadmap prioritization and user enablement programs. This position solves the problem of siloed information by creating a cohesive ecosystem of seamless, agentic experiences for the internal workforce.

What you'll do

  • Establish the Associate Experience AI roadmap and governance standards to manage risk and prioritize high-value use cases.
  • Direct a team focused on integrating core services with AI agents using agentic frameworks and orchestration protocols.
  • Create a unified approach to AI to ensure consistent user experiences across all internal associate tools.
  • Consolidate disparate AI initiatives across different lines of business into a cohesive, non-fragmented ecosystem.
  • Develop and lead comprehensive enablement programs to drive workforce proficiency and standardized prompt patterns.
  • Serve as the primary product interface between associate tooling, developer experience teams, and AI/ML engineering teams.
  • Communicate "in-flight" activities and project status clearly to key stakeholders and senior leadership.

What we're looking for

  • At least 7 years of experience working in Product Management.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration.
  • Expertise with best-in-class generative AI products and agentic frameworks.
  • Experience establishing long-term AI strategy, roadmap prioritization, and governance standards to manage risk.
  • Experience managing product management teams and mentoring senior-level direct reports.
  • Proven ability to serve as a primary liaison between Product, Engineering, Data/ML teams, and executive leadership.
  • Experience developing user enablement programs and standardizing interaction patterns for emerging technologies.
