Director, Product Management, Enterprise AI

What you'll do

• Own the Associate Experience AI roadmap and governance standards to manage risk and prioritize high-value use cases.
• Direct a team to integrate core services with AI agents using agentic frameworks and orchestration protocols.
• Establish a unified approach to AI to ensure a consistent user experience across all internal tooling.
• Champion AI adoption by creating standardized prompt patterns and comprehensive workforce enablement programs.
• Serve as the primary product interface between associate tooling, developer experiences, and AI/ML teams.
• Consolidate disparate AI initiatives across different lines of business to build a cohesive ecosystem.
• Communicate "in-flight" activities and drive fast decision-making with key stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• At least 7 years of experience working in Product Management.
• A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field or a Master's Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration.
• Product expertise with best-in-class generative AI products (preferred).
• Experience establishing and working with agentic frameworks and LLM orchestration protocols (preferred).
• Track record in defining long-term AI strategy, roadmap prioritization, and implementing governance standards to manage AI risk (preferred).
• Experience managing product management teams, specifically leading and mentoring senior-level direct reports (preferred).
• Strong background serving as a primary liaison between Product, Engineering, Data/ML teams, and senior executive leadership (preferred).
• Experience developing user enablement programs and standardizing interaction patterns for emerging technologies (preferred).
