What we're looking for

  • 1-3 years of experience in Retention Marketing, Email Marketing, or Lifecycle Marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM technology and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong communication skills for both verbal and written presentations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Experience navigating ambiguity and fast-paced environments with initiative.
  • Analytical mindset with basic knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional team collaboration.
