Associate Analytics Engineer, Data & Visualization

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Microsoft Power BI.
• Implement dashboard enhancements, bug fixes, and usability improvements based on stakeholder needs.
• Validate data accuracy and perform testing activities for reporting solutions before release.
• Build and maintain datasets, transformation logic, and curated reporting tables in SQL-based environments.
• Perform data quality validation and troubleshooting across various reporting pipelines.
• Maintain documentation for datasets, business rules, and key performance indicator definitions.
• Fulfill ad hoc data requests and provide production support for existing reporting solutions.
• Participate in sprint planning and track project tasks using tools like Asana.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1-2 years of experience in analytics engineering, business intelligence development, or data modeling roles.
• Foundational understanding of SQL and relational database structures.
• Data visualization and reporting ability.
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a structured, sprint-based environment with cross-functional teams.
• Experience using Microsoft Power BI or similar tools (preferred); exposure to Python, PySpark, or cloud platforms (preferred).
