What you'll do

  • Define and execute the vision and roadmap for KYC data across creation, ingestion, storage, and distribution.
  • Establish conceptual and logical modeling directions including domain structure, canonical concepts, and relationships.
  • Manage the data distribution portfolio by defining delivery patterns, SLAs, schema versioning, and deprecation strategies.
  • Enforce product use contracts, privacy controls, retention policies, and audit governance for KYC data assets.
  • Identify data risks and design mitigation strategies to support internal and external audits.
  • Resolve complex data quality issues within the KYC domain in collaboration with other teams.
  • Manage cross-functional delivery by overseeing dependencies, risks, and sequencing across multiple stakeholders.
  • Mentor team members and develop their capabilities in modeling, product management, and data governance.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 5 years of KYC domain experience including knowledge of regulatory expectations and industry best practices.
  • Minimum of 3 years in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Data Product leadership.
  • Strong fluency in conceptual and logical data modeling.
  • Understanding of the full client lifecycle from lead generation through ongoing relationship management.
  • Experience with metadata, lineage, catalog use, and data product discoverability.
