Cybersecurity Solutions Engineer

What you'll do

• Assess the impact of vulnerabilities on business and technology operations using data-driven risk prioritization.
• Conduct root cause analysis of security issues to transform findings into actionable insights.
• Design and implement technical, procedural, or educational solutions to mitigate identified security risks.
• Present complex analysis and conclusions to both technical teams and senior leadership.
• Prioritize remediation efforts based on multiple criteria to address the most critical issues first.
• Utilize enterprise-authorized AI tools to synthesize evidence and draft executive-ready assessment reports.
• Develop and automate workflows for control evaluation and reporting using AI-assisted technologies.

What we're looking for

• Formal training or certificate with 5+ years of cybersecurity experience.
• Hands-on operator and analyst experience in roles such as SOC, threat hunting, incident response, penetration testing, or red teaming.
• Experience developing tactical, operational, and strategic tools and capabilities.
• Ability to build analytical processes, templates, and documentation while communicating complex problems simply to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for analysis support and report drafting with strict validation habits.
• Knowledge of network architecture concepts, including cloud architectures and large-scale application deployment.
• Coding (scripting) experience in languages such as Python, C, JavaScript, or VBScript (preferred).
• Experience with enterprise security technologies like firewalls, IDS/IPS, web proxies, DLP, SIEM, SOAR, and EDR/XDR (preferred).
