What you'll do

Develop, modify, and execute test plans, procedures, and reports for cybersecurity systems.
Analyze requirements documentation to create methods for validating functional and technical specifications.
Conduct formal and informal verification and validation tests for corrective changes and planned requirements.
Identify, analyze, and document software, firmware, and hardware defects to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Install and checkout IA software while providing troubleshooting support at various testing site locations.
Configure laboratory equipment in accordance with relevant drawings and port maps.
Assemble and test computer equipment to support system design verification.

What we're looking for

U.S. citizenship is required.
Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field plus 5 years of relevant experience is required.
Master's degree plus 3 years of relevant experience is required.
Ability to assemble and test computer equipment is required.
Proficiency in software testing and analysis is required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
Navy experience as a Submarine Fire Control Technician or similar is preferred.
5-10 years of experience with AN/BYG-1 combat systems is preferred.
Experience with Strike Software (TTWCS, TCIP, and MDS) is desired.
