Senior Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Engineer

What you'll do

• Capture and document complex mission workflows from cyber and intelligence analysts.
• Translate operational decision points into structured process maps and automation requirements.
• Design and implement LLM-powered workflows and agent-based automation systems.
• Integrate AI systems with APIs, enterprise data stores, and existing mission platforms.
• Develop multi-step reasoning and tool orchestration for high-tempo environments.
• Ensure AI solutions perform reliably within secure, classified, and governed environments.
• Build software using Python and specialized frameworks like LangChain or PyTorch.

What we're looking for

• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
• A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, or software engineering are required.
• 6+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, or software engineering may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• Experience capturing user workflows and translating them into structured process maps or executable logic is required.
• Experience designing or implementing LLM-based or agentic workflows with multi-step reasoning and tool integrations is required.
• Experience integrating AI systems with APIs, enterprise data stores, or mission platforms is required.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python is required.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or ML frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow is preferred.
