What you'll do

  • Design and implement AI/ML models including NLP, LLM pipelines, deep learning, and computer vision.
  • Build and optimize scalable data pipelines to support model training, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop end-to-end production systems featuring microservices, APIs, and automation frameworks.
  • Integrate AI capabilities into operational environments with a focus on security, reliability, and performance.
  • Perform model optimization, tuning, versioning, and A/B testing to ensure robust mission impact.
  • Apply modern software engineering patterns using Python, Java, Scala, or Rust in distributed systems.
  • Create technical documentation and participate in design reviews to support customer requirements.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
  • 5+ years of experience developing ML models such as NLP, LLM, CV, deep learning, generative AI, or reinforcement learning.
  • 5+ years of experience developing AI/ML capabilities to operate in a microservice stack.
  • Experience developing production-grade APIs, microservices, or distributed systems.
  • Experience with data processing frameworks and scientific computing libraries like NumPy, Pandas, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
  • Experience with CI/CD tooling, source control (GitLab), and containerization technologies (Docker, Podman, or Kubernetes).
  • Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to take a polygraph exam.
