Senior AI/ML Engineer

What you'll do

• Design and implement AI/ML models including NLP, LLM pipelines, deep learning, and computer vision.
• Build and optimize scalable data pipelines to support model training, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
• Develop end-to-end production systems featuring microservices, APIs, and automation frameworks.
• Integrate AI capabilities into operational environments with a focus on security, reliability, and performance.
• Perform model optimization, tuning, versioning, and A/B testing to ensure robust mission impact.
• Apply modern software engineering patterns using Python, Java, Scala, or Rust for distributed systems.
• Create technical documentation and participate in design reviews to support customer requirements.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
• Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to take a polygraph exam.
• 5+ years of experience developing ML models such as NLP, LLM, CV, deep learning, generative AI, or reinforcement learning.
• Experience developing AI/ML capabilities for microservice stacks, production-grade APIs, and distributed systems.
• Experience with data processing frameworks and scientific computing libraries like NumPy, Pandas, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
• Experience designing, configuring, or deploying software systems in operational environments.
• Master's degree in CS, AI Engineering, ML Engineering, Data Science, or a STEM field (preferred).
• Relevant certifications in AI/ML, Cloud, or Solution Architecture (preferred).
