What you'll do

Design and implement AI/ML models including NLP, LLM pipelines, deep learning, and computer vision.
Build and optimize scalable data pipelines to support model training, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
Develop production-grade systems including microservices, APIs, and automation frameworks.
Integrate AI/ML capabilities into operational environments with a focus on security and reliability.
Conduct model optimization, tuning, versioning, and A/B testing to ensure robust mission impact.
Apply modern software engineering patterns using Python, Java, Scala, and Rust.
Prepare technical documentation and contribute to design reviews to support customer-driven requirements.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to take a polygraph exam.
5+ years of experience developing ML models such as NLP, LLM, CV, deep learning, generative AI, or reinforcement learning.
Experience developing AI/ML capabilities to operate in a microservice stack.
Experience developing or maintaining production-grade APIs, microservices, or distributed systems.
Experience with data processing frameworks and scientific computing libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
Experience designing, configuring, or deploying software systems in operational environments.
Master’s degree in CS, AI Engineering, ML Engineering, Data Science, or a STEM field (preferred).
