What you'll do

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture.
Build and manage RESTful APIs, service integrations, and event-driven architectures while ensuring security and governance.
Develop and optimize applications running on cloud and container platforms using Docker and AWS ECS/Kubernetes.
Create and support CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and DevOps best practices to accelerate software delivery.
Design and integrate relational and NoSQL databases with a focus on data modeling and performance tuning.
Implement enterprise security controls including authentication, authorization, encryption, and OAuth2/JWT integrations.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex application, integration, and production issues through monitoring and root cause analysis.
Serve as a coach to mid-level developers by allocating work and conducting technical design and code reviews.

What we're looking for

6-10 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role.
Extensive experience in system analysis and programming of software applications.
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Microservices Architecture.
Build and manage RESTful APIs, service integrations, and event-driven architectures.
Develop and optimize applications on cloud and container platforms using Docker and AWS ECS/Kubernetes.
Create and support CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and DevOps best practices.
Design and integrate with relational and NoSQL databases.
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience; Master’s degree preferred.
