What you'll do

Lead systems analysis and programming activities to build high-performance, large-scale applications.
Identify and define system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvements.
Resolve complex business problems through in-depth evaluation of processes and industry standards.
Ensure application designs adhere to the overall architecture blueprint and coding standards.
Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation across various technologies.
Serve as a coach and advisor to mid-level developers while allocating their work.
Assess risks and ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.

What we're looking for

10-15 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis roles.
Extensive experience in system analysis and programming of software applications.
Hands-on experience with Web technologies (HTML, CSS, React JS), REST-APIs, Multithreading, and Java/J2EE backend technologies.
Strong knowledge of OOPS concepts, Data Structures, Algorithms, Enterprise Design Patterns, and SOLID principles.
Experience developing integrated solutions for scalability, high availability, and consistency using REST/SOAP protocols.
Proficiency with relational databases (MSSQL, Oracle) or NoSQL platforms, and cloud platforms like Docker and Kubernetes.
Knowledge of testing frameworks such as JUNIT, Cucumber, Jasmine/Mocha, and CI/CD tools.
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
