What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree, university degree, or equivalent experience.
10-15 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis roles.
Extensive experience in system analysis and programming of software applications.
Hands-on experience with Web technologies (HTML, CSS, React JS), REST-APIs, Multithreading, and Java/J2EE backend technologies.
Strong knowledge of OOPS concepts, Data Structures, Algorithms, SOLID principles, and Enterprise Design Patterns.
Experience developing integrated solutions for scalability, high availability, and consistency using REST/SOAP protocols and relational or NoSQL databases.
Proficiency with cloud platforms (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD tools, and testing frameworks like JUNIT, Cucumber, Jasmine, or Mocha.
Demonstrated leadership, project management skills, and experience with High-Speed Messaging platforms such as KAFKA (preferred).
