What you'll do

Lead applications systems analysis and programming activities to implement new or revised programs.
Identify and define system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvements.
Resolve high-impact problems by evaluating complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards.
Ensure application designs adhere to the overall architecture blueprint using advanced programming knowledge.
Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation based on system flow.
Provide in-depth analysis and interpretive thinking to define issues and develop innovative solutions.
Serve as an advisor and coach to mid-level developers while allocating their work.
Manage risk and ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations during business decisions.

What we're looking for

6-10 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis roles.
Extensive experience in system analysis and programming of software applications.
Experience managing and implementing successful projects.
Subject Matter Expert (SME) status in at least one area of Applications Development.
Proficiency in Python, Java, Angular, Reactor, Microservices, and event-driven architecture.
Experience with REST APIs, Kafka, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and ETL/ELT pipelines.
Demonstrated leadership, project management, and clear communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; Master’s degree preferred.
