Software Engineer (Applied AI)

What you'll do

• Develop and prototype solutions using LLMs from providers like OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, and Mistral.
• Build robust backend services and HTTP APIs using Go, Python, or other modern programming languages.
• Implement RAG and modern in-context learning techniques to enhance model performance.
• Create and manage ML workflows including prompt optimization, tuning, and evaluation systems.
• Develop ETL pipelines for data warehouse integration using tools like Snowflake.
• Manage model lifecycles by monitoring for drift and ensuring accuracy through automated tools.
• Design and architect scalable software solutions that integrate with existing manufacturing and supply chain systems.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of experience in a senior role working across the entire tech stack with a skilled team.
• 10+ years of experience building robust HTTP APIs and backend services.
• Expert level grasp of at least one modern programming language, such as Go (preferred), Python, or Java.
• Experience building solutions that leverage APIs from the latest LLMs.
• Experience with model pipeline tools, monitoring for drift, and ensuring model accuracy.
• Experience building robust evaluations for prompt optimization and tuning ML workflows.
• Experience with RAG and modern in-context learning techniques.
• Experience with SQL, database systems like PostgreSQL, and ETL pipelines in Snowflake.
