Software Engineer, Applied AI

What you'll do

• Prototype and experiment with new AI approaches to solve manufacturing and operations problems.
• Develop and deploy production-ready solutions using LLMs from OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Mistral, and Llama.
• Build robust HTTP APIs and backend services using Go, Python, or Java.
• Implement RAG and modern in-context learning techniques for AI applications.
• Build robust evaluations for prompt optimization and tuning machine learning workflows.
• Create ETL pipelines in data warehouses like Snowflake and manage SQL databases.
• Monitor model accuracy, detect model drift, and automate model registry tools.
• Architect solutions that integrate with existing systems to support manufacturing and supply chain teams.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years in a senior role working across the entire tech stack with a skilled team.
• 10+ years building robust HTTP APIs and backend services.
• Expert level grasp of at least one modern programming language such as Python, Java, or Go (preferred).
• Experience building solutions that leverage APIs from the latest LLMs.
• Experience with model pipeline and registry tools, detecting model drift, and automating model monitoring (preferred).
• Experience building robust evaluations for prompt optimization and tuning ML workflows (preferred).
• Experience with RAG and modern model in context learning techniques (preferred).
• Experience with SQL, database systems like PostgreSQL, and building ETL pipelines in Snowflake (preferred).
