Applied AI/ML Senior Associate

What you'll do

• Research, develop, and implement high-quality machine learning models and platforms to streamline payment processes.
• Design and deploy agentic systems using Large Language Models (LLMs) and other AI solutions.
• Build and execute highly scalable and dependable data processing pipelines.
• Conduct analysis to derive insights that optimize business outcomes and enrich customer experience.
• Formulate data-driven solutions to address complex business problems within the payments domain.
• Maintain comprehensive model documentation and ensure adherence to regulatory compliance standards.
• Translate model outcomes into business impact metrics for communication to senior management.

What we're looking for

• Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Operations Research.
• Minimum of 3 years of industry experience.
• Proficiency in Python with hands-on experience in TensorFlow, PyTorch, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, and Pandas.
• Experience with Shell Scripting, Jupyter notebook/Lab, SQL, PySpark, and AWS Cloud Services.
• Extensive knowledge in designing agentic systems using LangChain, LangGraph, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and DSPy.
• Extensive experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLM), Computer Vision, classification, and regression algorithms.
• Experience in the financial services industry, particularly within investment banking operations (preferred).
• Experience with Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, Databricks, Snowflake, and inference-time algorithms like Chain of Thought (preferred).
