Senior Associate Applied AI ML, AI Agents & Agentic Systems

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and productionize machine learning and deep learning solutions, including generative AI use cases.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on various ML techniques, algorithms, and optimization strategies.
• Enhance ML workflows through advanced proficiency in large language models (LLMs) and related technologies.
• Conduct experiments to evaluate, benchmark, and tune the latest AI and agentic techniques.
• Write production-ready Python code for both proof-of-concept experimentation and final production solutions.
• Optimize system accuracy and performance by identifying and resolving technical bottlenecks.
• Integrate Generative AI into the Agent Platform using state-of-the-art techniques.

What we're looking for

• MS and/or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in applied machine learning.
• At least 4 years of experience in programming languages such as Python, Java, C/C++, etc.
• Intermediate Python proficiency is required.
• At least 2 years of experience applying data science and ML techniques to solve business problems.
• Solid background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Expertise in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience in advanced applied ML areas like GPU optimization, fine-tuning, RAG, and agentic systems.
• Experience with agentic development frameworks (preferred).
• In-depth understanding of LLM and agentic evaluation, benchmarking, and experimentation at scale (preferred).
• Experience building and deploying models on cloud platforms such as AWS (preferred).
• Experience with large-scale MLOps pipelines and deploying models to production services (preferred).
