What you'll do

Research, develop, and transition high-quality machine learning models into production to streamline payment processes.
Design and execute highly scalable data processing pipelines to derive insights and optimize business outcomes.
Develop AI solutions that meet specific success metrics while balancing model complexity, scalability, and latency.
Partner with Risk and Compliance teams to ensure model documentation meets regulatory standards.
Translate complex machine learning outcomes into actionable business impact metrics for senior management.
Identify opportunities for AI/ML applications within the payments ecosystem to bolster fraud detection and customer experience.
Transform vague business questions into structured analytical plans to solve complex problems in the payment domain.

What we're looking for

Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics/Statistics, or Operations Research.
Minimum of 3 years of industry experience.
Proficiency in Python and machine learning libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, and Pandas.
At least 1 year of experience in NLP, LLMs, or AgenticAI.
At least 3 years of experience with machine learning techniques including classification and regression algorithms.
Expertise in neural networks, Transformers, and fine-tuning strategies.
Experience with SQL, PySpark, Shell Scripting, and AWS Cloud Services.
2+ years of experience with large-scale data processing on AWS EMR and SageMaker for production ML.
