What you'll do

Manage the full lifecycle of Tableau dashboards from initial design through deployment and ongoing support.
Create insightful data visualizations to help business users interpret complex datasets.
Optimize dashboard performance to ensure systems are fast and efficient.
Integrate Generative AI and Large Language Models to accelerate coding, testing, and documentation tasks.
Plan, estimate, and manage all phases of the software development life cycle.
Provide technical support, mentorship, and subject matter expertise to junior analysts and senior stakeholders.
Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost estimates for new application systems.
Ensure all development activities comply with corporate policies and financial regulations.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years of relevant experience in applications development and systems analysis.
Extensive experience with Tableau is essential.
Knowledge of MicroStrategy or Power BI (preferred).
Strong SQL skills including data modeling and connecting to various data sources.
Experience with Big Data technologies, Python, R, and API platforms like Starburst.
Familiarity with GitHub/Git, Lightspeed, and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience in the banking and finance sector, specifically with FP&A and Treasury (preferred).
