What you'll do

Lead systems analysis and programming activities to build high-performance, large-scale applications.
Identify and define system enhancements to support new product deployments and process improvements.
Resolve complex business and system problems through in-depth evaluation of industry standards.
Ensure application designs adhere to the overall architecture blueprint and established coding standards.
Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation across various technologies.
Provide technical guidance, coaching, and work allocation to mid-level developers and analysts.
Assess risks and ensure all business decisions comply with applicable laws and firm policies.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree, university degree, or equivalent experience.
5 to 8 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis roles.
Extensive experience in system analysis and programming of software applications.
Hands-on experience with Web technologies (HTML, CSS, React JS), REST-APIs, Multithreading, and Java/J2EE backend technologies.
Strong knowledge of OOPS concepts, Data Structures, Algorithms, SOLID principles, and Enterprise Design Patterns.
Experience with relational databases (MSSQL, Oracle) or NoSQL platforms, and cloud platforms like Docker and Kubernetes.
Proficiency in testing frameworks such as JUNIT, Cucumber, Jasmine/Mocha, and CI/CD tools.
Demonstrated leadership, project management skills, and experience with high-speed messaging platforms like KAFKA (preferred).
