What you'll do

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree, university degree, or equivalent experience.
10 or more years of experience in Wholesale Credit with deep knowledge of wholesale products and data ecosystems.
Demonstrated knowledge of Basel III rules and their implementation within technology or data platforms.
Hands-on experience building or overseeing applications using Java and Python, including AI-powered tools and frameworks.
Extensive background in applications development to lead technical direction at the team and program level.
Proven experience managing global technology teams across multiple geographies, including hiring and performance management.
Familiarity with industry-standard engineering practices, software development methodologies, and technology governance frameworks.
Clear communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
