What you'll do

Guide teams on sound architecture and design principles while delivering high-quality software.
Perform code reviews to ensure code hygiene and adherence to enterprise blueprints.

What we're looking for

10+ years of relevant experience in Back End Java Development.
Experience managing the software development of complex and critical platforms.
Proficiency with full stack technology capabilities including Java, Spring Frameworks, and Javascript.
Expertise with cloud computing technologies (AWS, Kubernetes, etc.) and micro-services architectures.
Knowledge of relational and document (NoSQL) based database technologies.
Experience with messaging-based technologies such as JMS, Kafka, and MQ.
Experience building and managing high-performing technology teams and leading a development group.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Master’s degree (preferred).
