Applications Analyst I, Ambulatory/Beacon

What you'll do

• Design, document, configure, implement, and test software and application solutions.
• Resolve routine system incidents and requests by managing and closing assigned tickets.
• Participate in function and unit testing for new software and application solutions.
• Prepare project documentation, tip sheets, and reports following established procedures.
• Participate in vendor calls regarding system issues and software upgrades.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of organizational processes and workflows.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in relevant healthcare technologies.

What we're looking for

• Associate degree in computer science, business management, or a related field.
• One or more years of experience relevant to the portfolio of responsibility in a healthcare setting.
• Experience in one of the following areas: Epic Ambulatory or Epic Beacon.
• Working knowledge of project management methodologies, agile development, SDLC, and ITIL.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to a variety of customers (preferred).
• Good verbal, written, and customer service skills (preferred).
• Ability to work independently or in a team setting (preferred).
• Good Microsoft Office skills (preferred).
