As an Applications Analyst I - MyChart, you will join the team to support a specific application portfolio by designing, documenting, implementing, and testing software solutions. Required competencies include proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, along with preferred experience in healthcare clinical workflows, electronic medical records, or Epic systems. You will also collaborate on cross-functional workgroups and vendor calls to ensure seamless digital experiences for providers and patients.

What you'll do

Design, document, implement, and test software and application solutions.
Monitor and manage the timely resolution and troubleshooting of assigned support tickets.
Maintain system health across legacy portals and the new unified Epic-powered platform.
Participate in cross-functional workgroups to address clinical and technical system issues.
Join vendor and Epic collaboration calls regarding system configuration, optimization, and upgrades.
Draft clear system behavior updates and communications for clinical teams.
Prepare analytical reports and documentation related to system configurations.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives to streamline patient and provider digital workflows.

What we're looking for

Associate's degree or equivalent.
Bachelor's degree in IT, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred).
One or more years of experience relevant to an IT portfolio in a healthcare setting.
Two years of relevant IT experience or clinical end-user experience if no bachelor's degree is held.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Teams.
Exposure to healthcare clinical workflows, electronic medical records (EMR), or Epic systems (preferred).
Strong critical thinking, analytical, and troubleshooting capabilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to translate technical issues for non-technical stakeholders.
