Application Support Tech Lead, Data & Analytics Platforms, VP

What you'll do

• Monitor infrastructure and software compliance across Data & Analytics Platforms to ensure full-stack technology standards.
• Coordinate with system administrators to execute remediation plans for identified risks and compliance requirements.
• Identify security vulnerabilities and implement targeted mitigation strategies based on business impact assessments.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on IT and data policy to provide guidance on platform deployment.
• Analyze business processes and system logic to define scope and requirements for complex application enhancements.
• Produce technical documentation including system configurations, process guides, and audit response materials.
• Manage project plans and corrective action plans to ensure completion against defined milestones and deadlines.
• Mentor and coach junior analysts by sharing technical expertise and managing task allocation.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 6 or more years of experience in application support, technology operations, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience working with RedHat or SUSE Linux servers and relational databases like Teradata, Oracle, or MSSQL.
• Hands-on programming experience in SAS, Linux shell scripting, or Visual Basic within a technology operations context.
• Working knowledge of network security principles, firewall design, and IT risk frameworks in regulated financial environments.
• Experience with analytics and visualization platforms such as SAS/Viya, SQL, Tableau, or Visual Analytics.
• Foundational knowledge of SDLC tools, including version control, change management, and release processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting, project planning, and stakeholder communication.
