JOB TITLE: Application, Infrastructure & Service Management This senior Robotic Process Automation role involves working with the Robotic Process Automation team to manage use-case data exploration, prototyping, design, implementation, deployment, and support. What you'll do

  • Provide production and platform support for Blue Prism, UiPath, Camunda, and Alteryx workflows.
  • Manage VDI/Server environments and maintain Digital Workers while addressing security vulnerabilities.
  • Own release management for DEV, INT, UAT, and PROD environments across multiple automation technologies.
  • Develop automation enhancements, reusable utilities, and high-quality solutions using RPA, MQ messaging, and other technologies.
  • Write code and perform code reviews using Unix Shell scripts, Oracle SQL, and Autosys.
  • Lead onshore and offshore support teams to deliver quality solutions and manage major incident resolution processes.
  • Support and plan for business continuity and disaster recovery for production applications.
  • Execute DevOps activities including process optimization, utility development, and technical enhancements.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT managed services.
  • At least 3 years of experience in RPA development and support.
  • Proven expertise in Blue Prism, UiPath, Camunda, and Alteryx.
  • Demonstrated experience with GitHub, JIRA, RTC, SNOW, and Cloud platforms.
  • Excellent knowledge of C# and Python programming languages and scripting languages.
  • Demonstrated solid knowledge of MSSQL and Oracle DB, and proficiency in ITIL V4.
  • Proven experience with monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Splunk, Geneos, and IAM products like CA PAM or CyberArk.
