The Application, Infrastructure & Service Management role involves the development and maintenance of application performance monitoring, telemetry, and event management systems. Design, implement, and manage monitoring and alerting configurations using Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools.

What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field and 5 years of experience in application development, monitoring, and performance tuning.
Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field and 3 years of experience in application development, monitoring, and performance tuning.
Experience with project management tools for tracking and managing projects and resources.
Proficiency in API development and programming with J2EE, JavaScript, and JSP.
Database experience with JDBC and working knowledge of MySQL, MSSQL, and Oracle.
Strong practical understanding of Linux, Unix, Windows, Cloud technologies, PaaS, and their associated governance and lifecycle management.
Demonstrated familiarity with Multi-Cloud technologies like Azure and AWS, and virtual services such as SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS.
Demonstrated ability to design, configure, and monitor using any application performance monitoring tool.
