The Software Engineering & Development role sits within the Electronic Foreign Exchange development team at State Street Global Markets. What we're looking for
A Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field with 3 years of enterprise software experience is required.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field with 5 years of enterprise software experience is accepted.
Must have 3 years of experience with Core Java/J2EE and Linux/bash scripting.
Must have 3 years of experience with CI/CD tools such as Git, GitHub, Jenkins, or Maven.
Must have 3 years of experience in release management.
Must have 2 years of experience with infrastructure provisioning, enterprise messaging (Kafka, AWS SNS, IBM MQ), and scalable cross-platform integrations.
Must have 2 years of experience with TCP/IP, load-balanced HTTP applications, and relational databases like Oracle or MySQL.
Must have 1 year of experience in technical leadership and 1 year of experience with architecting enterprise-grade AWS cloud infrastructure.
