Application Development Business/Data Analyst VP

What you'll do

• Research and gather business requirements by facilitating user meetings and interviews.
• Analyze current processes to identify gaps and recommend technical solutions.
• Decompose complex concepts into functional requirements for developers and stakeholders.
• Develop conceptual models, process workflows, and detailed requirement documentation.
• Perform deep data analysis using Oracle SQL and Databricks queries.
• Lead the end-to-end Agile SDLC from project initiation to implementation.
• Define UI design requirements and business deployment strategies.
• Prepare end-user documentation and facilitate training sessions.

What we're looking for

• Candidate must have 10 to 12 years of experience in the investment/securities industry.
• Candidate must have 8+ years of investment banking experience with regulatory reporting frameworks like Liquidity and SFTR.
• Must have experience working in an Agile team and experience as an Agile PO (preferred).
• Must be proficient in Oracle SQL queries, SQL tools, and data analytical functions.
• Must have working experience with Data warehouse and data lake platforms.
• Must have knowledge of depositories, custodians, counterparties, and Market reference data sets.
• Must be able to develop UI design requirements and lead the end-to-end Agile SDLC.
• Master's degree in business administration with IT background or Master of Science in Information Technology (preferred).
