Application Developer, IT Service Management

What you'll do

• Design, implement, and maintain IT service management solutions like Remedy, ServiceNow, or IBM Control Desk.
• Analyze and comprehend the business functions of IT service management applications to provide effective support.
• Manage IT services using specialized software to ensure minimal disruptions to business operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to IT service management solutions to minimize downtime.
• Develop and deploy machine learning models using frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Jax.
• Utilize cloud platforms like GCP, AWS, and Azure to implement AI/ML services and generative AI solutions.
• Read and troubleshoot code in general-purpose languages including Java, Python, C++, and JavaScript.
• Manage the full case lifecycle and support methodologies to diagnose and resolve technical problems.

What we're looking for

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in general professional experience.
• 2+ years of experience reading code in a general purpose coding language or in system design.
• 2+ years of experience in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving complex issues.
• 2+ years of experience with Machine Learning model development and deployment.
• Experience managing and maintaining IT service management solutions like Remedy, ServiceNow, or IBM Control Desk.
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure), Generative AI, and ML frameworks (preferred).
