JOB TITLE: Application Analyst II: ECS Staging
The Application Analyst II: ECS Staging joins the Enterprise Conversion Solutions team to provide high-end data solutions for financial institution clients. This role involves converting high-risk secure financial data from proprietary systems into various formats. Daily responsibilities include communicating with internal and external customers to collect database information, providing remote assistance via Bomgar, Webex, and Smarttech, and managing equipment requests. The analyst will also transport data to backup DR sites, administer SFTP sites, and perform assembly and configuration of NAS devices. Required skills include technical troubleshooting, customer service, and project management. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft products like Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook. The role addresses the critical business problem of securely migrating sensitive financial data while maintaining strict security policies.
Collect all necessary data and database information from internal and external customers.
Provide remote technical assistance to customers using tools like Bomgar, Webex, and Smarttech.
Fulfill and ship equipment list requests from ECS employees daily with urgency.
Transport data to the backup disaster recovery site as required.
Maintain data security by strictly following all company policies and procedures.
Administer the company SFTP site.
Assemble and configure NAS devices.
Manage and prioritize a large workload of assigned tasks self-sufficiently.
What we're looking for
Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a technical or troubleshooting environment using Microsoft products like Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook.
Must have at least 6 months of customer service experience.
Must possess a valid driver’s license to travel up to 20% of the time to the Branson data center.
Must be able to work onsite at the Springfield, MO office location.
Project management skills are required to prioritize and execute tasks self-sufficiently.
A+, Security+, Network+, or equivalent certifications (preferred).
