ETL Application Support Analyst

What you'll do

• Provide technical and business support to resolve application issues and maintain system stability.
• Manage and support application operating environments to meet service level expectations.
• Perform start-of-day checks, continuous monitoring, and regional handovers for production systems.
• Conduct same-day risk reconciliations and identify security vulnerabilities or production risks.
• Develop and maintain technical support documentation and knowledge base content.
• Formulate scope and objectives for complex application enhancements and problem resolutions.
• Participate in application releases including development, testing, and production deployment.
• Coach and train new recruits while acting as a subject matter expert for stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in an Application Support role.
• 3+ years of ETL (Ab Initio) Development and/or support experience.
• 3+ years of Oracle database support experience.
• 3+ years of Unix support experience.
• 3+ years of Data warehouse application DEV/support experience.
• Experience installing, configuring, or supporting business applications.
• Experience in the Finance domain (preferred).
