What you'll do

Serve as the data subject matter expert for internal teams and external merchants regarding point-of-sale and marketplace business.
Create business cases, insights, and dashboards to demonstrate product performance and value propositions to external merchants.
Perform internal analyses to assess revenue performance and provide actionable recommendations for segment strategy.
Automate reports and build analytics infrastructure to scale data usage across the organization.
Define KPIs, performance benchmarks, and methodologies using both structured and unstructured data sources.
Provide project guidance and act as the primary analytics point of contact for cross-functional teams.
Design and monitor experiments to optimize go-to-market efforts and quantify value for prospective merchants.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in an analytically-driven role such as consulting, finance, or analytics.
Strong working knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools like Sigma, Looker, or Tableau.
Demonstrated aptitude in leveraging AI tools for analytics, such as Cursor or Claude Code.
Ability to craft compelling narratives and communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to establish analytical frameworks in ambiguous situations.
Strong organization and execution skills to manage multiple strategic initiatives independently from start to finish.
Experience building successful cross-functional relationships with internal and external partners.
Knowledge of the FinTech or Payments industry and experience with marketplace platforms are preferred.
