Analytics Engineer

What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end analytics footprint for manufacturing and supply chain functions including production planning, purchasing, and inventory.
• Design and maintain data pipelines that ingest and model information from ERP, MRP, MES, and PLM systems.
• Develop dashboards and analytical tools to provide real-time visibility into build status, supplier performance, and capacity utilization.
• Manage the full product lifecycle of analytics tools by defining requirements, designing user experiences, and iterating based on feedback.
• Translate complex operational challenges from manufacturing and supply chain teams into technical data products and solutions.
• Perform quantitative analyses such as inventory reconciliation and root-cause analysis to identify and resolve production bottlenecks.
• Use data to improve safety stock, lead time, and capacity models for more accurate production planning.
• Document data definitions and business logic to ensure consistency and promote data literacy across the organization.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of experience in analytics, operations engineering, data engineering, or software engineering roles.
• Experience building business-facing dashboards and visualizations using tools like Palantir Foundry, Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or Streamlit.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, SQL, R, or TypeScript for analysis, visualization, and automation.
• Proven ability to translate complex business problems from non-technical stakeholders into technical solutions.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to build full-stack solutions including frontend development with React (preferred).
• Authorized to work in the United States.
