As a Senior+ Agentic Analytics Engineer, you will join the Data organization to build a pioneering Agentic Analytics team at the intersection of data science, data engineering, and AI. You will design and deploy AI agents that monitor business performance to surface proactive insights, develop natural language interfaces for conversational data queries, and architect semantic layers optimized for LLM reasoning. Your daily work involves building automated analytics-to-action pipelines, designing complex data models for pattern detection, and implementing end-to-end solutions using Claude and modern AI tooling. The role requires expert-level SQL, strong Python proficiency, and experience with Snowflake or BigQuery and the dbt and Airflow stack.
